Honey Lime Ginger Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
Honey 1/4 cup Lime Juice 3/4 cup Grated Garlic, 1 tsp Grated Ginger Root, 1 tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces
Directions
Mix the Honey, Lime Juice, Garlic, Ginger. (you can add your favorite spices to this sometimes I use Thyme) divide the marinade put 1/2 into a ziploc bag with the Chicken and allow to stand for 30 min. Grill until done about 7 minutes a side (depending on how hot your grill is). Use the remaining Marinade as a salad dressing or to baste the chicken. Makes 6 servings
