Ingredients
Avocado, 1.5 cup Italian Salad dressing, 1 cup Cucumber (peeled), 2 cup, pared, chopped Diced tomatoes, 3 cupsNear East Taboule (just hydrated ), 15 serving 3 boxes
Directions
Buy 3 boxes of Taboule look to see how much water it needs. I add the water and 1 1/2 diced tomatoes and the seasoning packet. Let it stand for 1 hour to hydrate the Wheat. Add the remaining Tomatoes and Cucumber . Put the dressing over the avocado completely coating the avocado then stir into salad. This should marinate for at least 1 hour so the flavors can meld. It is always better the next day. Makes 12 servings
