Morning Rice

Ingredients
3 c jasmine rice (cooked)1/3 c pinto beans (cooked)1 t olive oil1/2 clove garlic (chopped)1 stalk green onion (thinly sliced)dash fresh ginger (optional)dash cumin1 t worcestershire sauce1/3 c egg substitute (scrambled)1/2 dash salt1/2 dash pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in frying pan (medium heat). Add garlic and green onion. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add rice, beans, ginger, cumin and worcestersire sauce. Stir fry another 2 minutes. Add eggs, salt and pepper. (Stir fry another 2 minutes). Makes 3 servings.
