Directions
Chop and slice fresh veggies. Saute in non stick skillet with spray of oil. Remove veggies wipe skillet out and add eggs. Cook until done. Add veggies to middle of egg, roll each side in and put cheese on top. Allow cheese to melt on low heat slide to plate and eat.
