Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (remove)Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)Ham, regular (11% fat), 4 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") cut in half Swiss Cheese, Reduced Fat, 4 oz cut in halfsalt & pepper to taste
Pound chicken breasts thin. Cut into 8 strips.
Layer chicken breast, ham, cheese. Roll into 8 bundles. Roll in bread crumbs. Place on baking pan, & bake @ 350 for 25 min.
In the mean time in microwave proof bowl pour evaproted milk over flour. Stir together. Microwave till thick. Add water to desired consistency.
Place chicken bundles in serving bowl. Pour gravy over, & serve.
