Fried Potatos

Ingredients
2 Large potatosOnion powder - 3-4 teaspoons or to taste)Salt - 1-2 teaspoons or to tasteBlack Pepper - 1 teaspoon or to tasteFat Free butter spray
Directions
Scrub unpeeled potato and dice to small 1/4 inch pieces. Microvave on high for about 10 minutes. Heat skillet (medium-low heat) and coat with butter spray. Add micowaved potatos and season with onion powder, salt and pepper. Fry for about 20 minutes, stir around potato for even frying about every 5 minutes or so.

Serves 2.
