Fruit and Nut Granola Bars

Ingredients
Old fashioned rolled oats, 3 cupsCoconut, 0.5 cupsAlmonds, slivered or chopped 1cupDried cranberries 1cupRaisins 0.5 cupsFlax seed (whole) 1/2 cupSunflower seeds (roasted &salted) 0.5 cupsSugar 1cLight Corn syrup 1cPeanut butter 1c
Directions
Toast oatmeal, then coconut, then almonds in 300 degree oven until lightly toasted. Combine with cranberries, flax seed, and raisins and mix well. Microwave sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter until smooth and melted, then pour over mixture. Flatten into a jelly roll pan. When cool, cut into about 40 pieces. They are great, filling, full of good stuff, and travel well.
