boil potatoes.Take a nonstick pan.Saute without oil garlic,paprika,chaat masala,cumin seeds,add salt,add potatoes mashed well.Saute and serve.

chaat masala is a masala with dry mango powder,sea salt etc..it is basically added to give a sweet n sour taste to the recipe..
