Ingredients
3 eggssome watercooking spray2 slices swiss cheese.
Directions
beat eggs with a few teaspoons of water in a bowl. Heat pan a little, spray pan, heat for a few seconds more. Pour in eggs, turn down heat. Put the chees on top and to one side. Cover. Fold when it's done. Serve
