Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients

8lb or smaller Turkey Breast1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp basil1 tbsp parsley2 tsp paprika
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all of the seasoning together. Wash and dry turkey, carefully lift the skin on the breast and rub ¼ of seasoning mixture all over. Use the rest of the mixture to rub all over the breast making sure to include the cavity. Place in a roasting pan and bake. (Baking times vary, please see turkey packaging).
When the turkey has finished allow it to cool completely. Remove each partition of the breast meat by cutting close to the bone and slicing under. (You may be able to pull it off the bone one it is separated from the breast bone.
At this point you can slice, dice, freeze or portion into single servings.
