Lori's Chicken Salad Reduced Sodium, Low Fat

2 fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts2 cups water1/4 cup onion, finely minced1 celery rib, finely minced2 cloves garlic, finely minced6 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Mayo2 tsp. yellow mustard1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb blend
Place 2 cups of water in a small stockpot, and place in 2 chicken breasts, add onion, and garlic.
Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer until cooked through.
Once cooked, allow chicken to cool completely.
Then, chop breasts into bite sized pieces (or shred)
Mix in the Mayo, mustard, celery and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb blend.
Refrigerate for 1 hour for flavors to blend.
Makes 6 servings.
