Mixed Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients
8 cups frozen fruit salad (peaches, berries, grapes, melon)1 cup frozen strawberries / raspberries1 cup milk1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Purée the frozen fruit in a food processor (it helps to let it thaw a bit first), add milk and vanilla and process until it is a thick slurry. Can be frozen in a container immediately, or for best consistency, use an ice cream maker to refreeze, then transfer to a container for storage in the freezer.
Makes 8 1-cup servings
