Ingredients
4 tablespoons applesauce4 tablespoons canola oil3/4 cup sugar2 tablespoons ground flax seeds6 tablespoons water2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup soy milk1 tablespoon baking powder1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
cream together the applesauce, oil, and sugar.
microwave the flax and water to make "eggs". about 60 seconds.
add the "eggs" to the mix.
beat in the flour, soy milk, vainlla, and baking powder.
prepare a baking pan, cake pan, or muffin tins.
pour in the batter.
bake at 350 degrees farenheit about 30 minutes or until done
makes 12 cupcakes or 12 slices cake.
