Summer Vegetable Soup with Shrimp

1/2 cup onion1 clove garlic2 tsp olive oil1/2 cup green peppers, chopped small1 zucchini, chopped small1 yellow squash, chopped small2 can diced tomatoes1 cup chicken broth1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp cajun seasoning8 oz shrimp, frozen
Saute onion and garlic in oil until browned. Add veggies and tomatoes. Add broth and simmer about 30 minutes. Remove 4 cups and purree with blender. Return to pan. Add shrimp and heat through.
