Stella's Creamy "Lobster" Sauce over Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp minced garlic8 oz immitation lobster chunks1/2 large tomato, diced1 green onion, sliced1 cup hot water1 cube chicken boullion2/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt1 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp dried taragon1/8 tsp black pepper8 oz thin wheat spaghetti
Directions
Cook 8 oz thin wheat spaghetti according to the packaging instructions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lobster, tomatos, and green onion; heat 2 to 3 more minutes. Meanwhile, disolve chicken boullion in 1 cup of hot water. In a bowl, combine 2/3 cup of the boullion broth with the yogurt; stir until smooth. (The other 1/3 cup boullion broth is not needed for this recipe, you can save it or discard it). Add the yogurt mixture to the pan. Stir in the basil, thyme, taragon, and pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Do not allow the sauce to boil. Carefully stir in drained spaghetti.
