8 oz Silk Soy Light - Plain1 tbsp Flax oil1 rounded scoop vanilla whey protein powder.25 cup frozen spinach (or fresh, whatever is on hand)1 tbsp cocoa powder1 packet (1 tsp) Equal/artificial sweetenerA few ice cubes, depending how think you want the shake

Combine ingredients, blend. Easiest if adding the soy milk first.
