1 can cream of Chicken Soup3 Chicken Breasts6 Tortillas2 taste Salt and Pepper1 can of tomato sauce2 Tsp Cilantro Twice2 Tsp Garlic Twice1 small Onion divided1/2 Red Bell Pepper1 TBS Chili Powder twiceI package of Mexican Cheese
Boil chicken breasts until cooked. Let cool then shred or cut into small pieces. Then combine with Cream of Chicken Soup cilantro garlic chili powder, 1/2 onion, and red pepper salt and pepper to taste. Set aside, Then combine cilantro, garlic, onion, and chili powder into Tomato sauce. Then put some of the tomato sauce in the bottom of the pan and layer the tortillas, tomato sauce, chicken mixture and cheese the top Tortilla will only have tomato sauce and cheese. Bake for 45 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
