Grilled Kansas City BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 6 Boneless and skinless chicken thighs - organic-4 Tbsp of BBQ sauce - Kansas City Falvor-1 Tsp of Adobo seasoning-Extra Virgin Olive Oil cooking spray-Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
-Season chicken with adobo and let marinate for 25 minutes in fridge.
-Spray grill pan/cost iron with cooking spray and grill chicken until juices run clear about 10 minutes total.
-Brush chicken with bbq sauce and continue to frill until sauce caramelize about another 5 minutes on both sides.
