Blue Cheese Dressing (Low Fat)

Ingredients
2 tbs Minced Onion2 cloves Minced Garlic1/4 Cup chopped Fresh Parsley1 Cup Non Fat Mayonnaise1/2 Cup Non Fat Sour Cream1 tbs Lemon Juice1 tbs Wine Vinegar1/4 Cup Crumbled Blue CheeseSalt and freshly Ground Pepper to tasteCayennne Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk till totally blended. Chill well. Makes about 2.5 cups.
