LOLO's Basic Fat Burning Soup for Detox

Ingredients
1 bunch green onionsseaweed1 large red onion1 large head of cabbage1 hot pepper (jalapeno), minced8 cups H2O64 oz low sodium chicken broth4 cans (or 2 large) of chopped tomatoes4 cloves garlic, minced2 bell peppers1 bunch celery1 lb mushrooms1 tbs olive oilspices: rosemary, sage, parsley, tarragon, thyme
Directions
Chop veggies and saute in olive oil for 5 min in large pot. Add enough water to simmer until veggies are tender. Add canned tomatoes, broth, and spices until ready.

Serving size: About 1 cup, but I wouldn't worry too much....lol

    Thanks for contributing this -- it looks both healthy and very, very light. As you said, not appropriate for all times, but it seems like a good one for days when the body needs a break (like when you've got the flu or somesuch :)) - 6/8/10
