Asian Slaw - Simple and Delicious!

Ingredients
For the Slaw:16 oz. bag: 3-color cole slaw mix (bagged in produce section)8 oz. bag: Shredded red cabbage (bagged in produce section)6 medium scallions, sliced1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch sections then thinly sliced2 T. black sesame seeds (substitute white)For the Dressing:2 T. freshly grated ginger2 T canola oil2 T sesame oil1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce3 T. rice wine vinegar2 t. honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients "for the slaw" in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate 2-cup mixing bowl, mix all ingredients "for the dressing".
Toss all ingredients together.
Makes 14 1/2-cup servings or 7 1-cup servings.
