Thai Sesame Peanut Sauce w/Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Breast, thin strips2 medium green onions, sliced thin1/4 Cup Chicken Broth2 T. Peanut Butter, smooth4 tsp Cider Vinegar1 tsp Sesame Oil1/4 tsp Cayenne (or more if you like it hot)
Directions
Saute' Chicken and set aside. Combine all ingredients except pasta. Stir Chicken into the sauce along with, noodles, pasta, or rice.

    I added 1 carrot, cut into thin straws and some golden raisins, then a sprinking of brown sugar since I used too much pepper. The chicken I used was precooked. Served it over brown rice. WILL serve it again.. hubby liked it. - 9/28/10
