Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
Black beans (15 oz can, rinsed and drained)2 tbsp finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo saucePetite diced tomatoes (15 oz can, drained)1/2 cup diced red onion1 medium sized ripe avacado, diced6 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro 2 tsp lime juice (fresh or concentrate)dash of salt to taste
Directions
Rinse and drain black beans and combine with remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce or with tortilla chips. Serves 4 to 6.
