Almost Egg White Omelet

Ingredients
1 egg7 egg whites1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
Directions
Mix egg whites with 1 egg.
Saute onions 1 min.
Add spinach, saute 1 min more
Add 1/4 of egg white mix
cook until set, fold over.
Repeat until remaining 3 omelets are made.
