Ingredients
2.5 cups liquid egg substitute1 pound ground turkey sausage1 cup nonfat cottage cheese1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
Directions
Brown turkey sausage. Mix all ingredients together to combine. Place all in glass round pie dish. Put dish in a water bath and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Slice into 8 slices.
