Crisp and Golden Oat Waffles

Ingredients
2 Fresh Egg Whites1 Cup All Purpose Bread Flour, Enriched1 Cup 100% Whole Oat Flour1/4 Cup Smart Balance Oil1 1/2 Cups 1% Milk3 Teaspoons Baking Powder1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
In medium mixing bowl beat egg whites until frothy. Add all other ingredients and mix well with whip or whisk. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into waffle iron. Mine is a Belgian iron and makes one approximately 6 1/2 inch waffle. This recipe make 8 waffles, 1 waffle per serving.
