Ingredients: Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup (remove)Milk, 1%, .25 cup (remove)Butter, unsalted, .75 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 2.5 cup (remove)Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Makes 24 muffins.
In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and milk. Add dry ingredients. Fold in fruit. Scoop batter into prepared muffin pans. Make about 25 minutes until lightly browned on top.
