Best Bean Salad

Ingredients
One 15 oz. can low sodium black beans (rinsed & drained)One 15 oz. can low sodium navy beans (rinsed & drained)2 TB red wine vinegar2 celery stalks, finely diced1 small red onion, finely diced1 fresh tomato or 1/2 cup canned tomatoes, chopped, juice discarded2 to 3 TB extra virgin olive oilSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour or two before serving.
