1 c prepared uncle Ben's Long Grain & wild rice1 fresh egg beaten2 tbsp bbq sauce 1.25 lbs groud turkey3 oz reduced fat cheddar cut into 6 squares
mix egg, turkey, bbq sauce and rice in bowl. Divide into 6 patties, place piece of cheese in the middle of each one. Sear in pan on both sides. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until internal temp is 165
