Ingredients
1 Pound 99% lean Tukey Breast1/2 Cup Egg Substitute (Egg Beaters)1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats1/2 Cup Black Beans, Rinsed1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped1/2 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped1 Teaspoon Mrs. Dash (Original)
Directions
Measure Oats and then roughly chop for smoother finished texture. Mash beans slightly.

Mix all ingredients together.

Form into 8 patties using a little more than a 1/2 cup of mixture for each.

Place large skillet over medium heat and spray with non stick cooking spray. Cook until done turning once.
