Traditional Mashed Potatoes

2 Medium White or Yukon Gold Potatoes1/2 Cup Whole Milk2 Tbsp Butter
Makes two 0.75-cup servings.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, use enough water to cover chopped potatoes.
Chop potatoes, leave skins on (these are a great nutrient source).
Boil until a fork easily enters the potatoes, about 10 minutes.
Mash with a masher or in your mixer, adding a little bit of milk at a time until desired texture is reached.
Mash butter in last, season to taste.
