Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup water1 whole chicken breast1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp poultry seasoning1/4 tsp pepper1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of potato soup1 10oz pkg of frozen corn1 15 oz can baby potatoes, drained and cubed1 cup milk1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Place water, onion, celery, garlic and pepper in a large pan and bring to a boil. Add chicken and return to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook covered for 30 minutes. Stir in soups, seasoning, corn, potatoes and milk into the broth. Bring just to the boiling point. Add cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Serve with warm crusty sourdough rolls.
