Ingredients
Sandwich thin, homemade yogurt cheese, light mayo and lettuce.
Directions
Slice tomatos thinly and add salt / pepper to taste. Toast the sandwich thin. Spread yogurt cheese on one side, light mayo on the other. Assemble with whole sliced tomato and lettuce leaf.
