Orange Julius with a Healthier Twist

Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen vanilla yogurt1 small banana1/2 cup frozen strawberries3/4 cup orange juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


This is based on the smoothies I get at Boloco, so it's not really the healthiest. To make it even better for you, replace the frozen yogurt with nonfat greek yogurt, which has less sugar and more protein.
