Mix Activia vanilla low fat yogurt ,cantelope,4 sliced strawberries,1/4 cup of blueberries(fresh or frozen) 1 tbsp of davinci sugar free splenda vanilla syrup.(I use honey usually)calories not figured for honey.and 1 cup of ice.Place into Blender. Blend until smooth, I like to add FF Redi whip (only 5 cal for 2 tbsp) on top.
wash any fresh fruits, no need to rinse frozen fruit.makes aprox.10-12 oz.. depending on ice. could be one or two servings. wonderful on a hot day. You could also pour mixture into popsicle trays and freeze for a delicious yogurt fruit pop. My kids love them.. This helps me at the end of the day to get the remainder of my proteins, and fruit.
