Oven Paella (w Turkey Sausage)

- 450g Lean Italian Turkey Sausage, sliced.- 4 cloves Garlic, diced.- 3 medium Tomatoes.- 3 cups Chicken Broth.- 2 Bay Leaves.- 2.5 Cups California Brown Rice.- 4 Cups Bell Peppers, chopped.- 2 Cups Onions, chopped.
1. Cook garlic onion & sausage in large pot for 5 min.
2. Add rice; cook and stir 5 minutes. Carefully spoon off any excess oil.
3. Stir in bay leaves, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add half of the chicken stock. Bring to boil.
4. PLACE paella carefully in oven. Add enough remaining chicken stock to cover ingredients in pan. Top with the bell peppers; cover.
5. BAKE 35 minutes.
