Pineapple Salsa Yogurt Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1tsp Garlic Powder1tsp Onion Powder1 tsp Parsley, dried1.5 tbsp HoneyDash of Pepper (to taste)1 Plum Tomato Chopped2 Tbsp Red Onion Chopped1Tbsp Cilantro, Fresh Chopped (to taste)½ Lime Juice (fresh lime preferred)1 Slice Pineapple Chopped1 Jalapeno (fresh) Chopped (no seeds)1.5 Cup Yogurt, nonfat/skim
Directions
Chop tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper & pineapple (think salsa), squeeze the half of lime into the mixtures, then add the seasonings: garlic & onion powder (you may use less -- season to taste), black peper & parsley and last but not least add your yogurt and honey (to taste) if you want it a little sweeter add more honey which will increase the calories of use a little splenda. I find it just right.

As said before i use this for salad dressing or even coleslaw dressing. I keep it on hand it serves 8.
