2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted4 slices of bacon, fried4 slices of tomato1 leaf of lettuce1 tbsp of mayo1 tsp of mustard
1. Spread the mayo on one slice of toast, and the mustard on the other.
2. Arrange lettuce, tomato and bacon on one toast and top with the other.
Hint: I usually place the tomato on top of the lettuce with the bacon on top of the tomato in order to try and avoid a soggy toast.
