Garlic Beef

Ingredients
1.67 lbs beef, chopped or sliced3/4cup sugar1/2 cup vinegar3tbsp of water and GF soy sauce2tsp worchester sauce3 tsp chopped garlic
Directions
boil meat til tender, drain.
in pot mix remaining ingredientsbring to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Add beef back to pot, simmer for 10 minutes.

We serve over rice.
