Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
Zucchini, 1 cup (2 small), coarsely gratedEgg, fresh, 1 large Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 0.5 cupKraft Parmesan Cheese, 1/4 cupOnions, raw, 2 tbsp mincedGarlic powder, 1/8 tspPepper, black, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Grate zucchini in bowl. Add egg, panko, cheese, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Heat frying pan over high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray. Drop rounded tablespoons into pan and flatten. Cook over medium-high heat 2-4 minutes on each side until browned.
