Salsa Chicken with Black Beans and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts - approx 8 oz4 cups tomato sauce1 cup black beans2 cups sliced mushrooms1 yellow bell pepper, diced1/2 cup frozen corn2 tsp Mrs. Dash4 cups tomato sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour over chicken in baking dish.
Bake @ 350F for 30 minutes.

Garnish with avocado and low-fat sour cream. (count separately)
