Best turkey burgers!

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey breast1/2 c chopped cilantro1/3 c bread crumbs3 tbsp dijon mustard1 egg, medium, beatendash of saltground pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Shape into four patties. You can grill these burgers, just make sure you oil the grates first. Or, cook them in a pan with a short spray of oil to prevent from sticking. About 5 minutes on each side. Or until internal temp reaches 165 F. I like to put these on a whole wheat bun(but didnt calculate calories on that). Serves 4.
