Grape Salad

Ingredients
Topping* ˝ C Granola* 2 Tbsp Splenda Brown SugarMain* 4 lbs. Seedless Green and Red Grapes* 8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese* 8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream* ˝ C Sugar* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Wash and dry grapes.

Over Medium heat, lightly toast the granola in a non-stick sauté pan. Sprinkle with Brown Sugar, let Brown Sugar melt slightly; stir and remove. Let cool.

In a large bowl combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Sugar and Vanilla. Mix well. Add grapes and mix until grapes are evenly coated.

Sprinkle with Granola mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
