Easy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs. Russet Potatoes8 oz. cream cheese8 oz. sour cream5-8 tbsp butter ( i use 5)
Directions
Peel potatoes and put in large pot with enough water to cover potatoes. Boil potatoes until soft. Drain! Add the rest of the ingredients to the potatoes and get the potato masher out! Start mashing until you get the creamy consistency you enjoy in mashed potatoes!! Eat and enjoy!!
