Easy Lentil One-pot Stew

Ingredients
Water, lentils, canned diced tomatoes, ketchup, yellow mustard.
Directions
Simmer lentils in water for 30 minutes; add tomatoes and simmer 15 more minutes. When lentils are soft, add about 1/2 to 2/3 cup ketchup and generous squirt of prepared yellow mustard. Stir well, heat for 5 minutes, and serve in bowls. Can also cook until thickened and serve in warm tortillas with lettuce, fresh tomatoes, salsa, or whatever you like. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
