Turkey Patties

Ingredients
Bread, mixed-grain 1 slice, large Onions, raw, 1 large Egg, fresh, 1 medium Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp or oxo cubeGarlic, 1 clove Ground Turkey, 450 grams Too add a zing add lime juiceToo add spice add sweet chilli sauce
Directions
This recipe is really quick if you use a food mixer. It also helps to bind the patties together.

Place garlic onion seasonning and bread into the mixer on a chopping setting. Chop until fine.

Add turkey and egg and chop until well mixed.

Form into patties, makes 4 very generous burgers.

Cook as you usually would for burgers.

I like to cook in the oven, but work well on the bbq.
