Whole Wheat & Flax Chocolate Chip Muffins (with applesauce)

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup white sugar1 Tbsp Brown Sugar1 Tbsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup Flaxseed1 large Egg1 1/4 cups Skim Milk1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Makes 12 regular-sized muffins

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Beat in egg, milk, vanilla, and applesauce.
Fold in flaxseed and chips.

Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until toothpick is clean. Let cool. ENJOY!
