Gazala fried rice

Ingredients
one cup long grain white ricesalt and zafron ( very very little)1 table spoon canola oilwater
Directions
heat oil till become very hot
add rice, turn it around for one minute
add water one and quarter cup
add little salt and less than half pinch Zafron
let it boil till water disappears.
lower temp to very low
leave it covered for 25 min
turn it occasionally
