Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1 8 oz. package Mushrooms, fresh2 tbsp Olive Oil 4 tsp Garlic, chopped1/2 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup Light Sour Cream6 cups Egg Noodles, cooked
Directions
In a saute pan, med. heat, add olive oil and garlic.
Cook until garlic is softened. Add meat and break up. Cook until done. Add mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are done, stirring occasionally.
Add in chicken broth and condensed soup.
Cook for a few minutes longer to warm up liquids.
Add in sour cream just before serving.
Serve over warm egg noodles.
