Ingredients
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2.66 cup kernels, Thawed * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped * Egg, fresh, 3 large * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Salt, 0.5 tsp * Hot Pepper Sauce, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Transfer to a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or till center is set.
